Turn on the water taps on the top
floor. Make sure water flow is adequate |

Open all the windows and feel the flow of the
air. |

Water stains on the ceilings, damp walls or musty
odors are all signs of possible water damage. |
| Cracks |
all cracks should be investigated by a professional
, especially the cracks at the foundation walls
and beams. |

this could mean the house is sinking or it might
be the side effect after the settling effect. It
is best to get it checked by a professional. |

Doors and windows are not perfectly vertical or
hard to open & close. If you can see more space
between a door/window and its frame at one end than
the other, the door/window is not installed properly
and will eventually stick or fail to lock. |
